Since 1993, Alanna has been an accomplished and dedicated Realtor who has sold more than 800 condos to an international and local clientele. After graduating from the Urban Land Economics program at UBC, she started her career in condo sales in downtown Vancouver. She went on to become a specialist in the new developments along Coal Harbour, watching as downtown Vancouver became a role model for livability around the world. Working with the city's leading developers, she was involved with the transformation of Coal Harbour from empty lands to the exclusive, world renowned waterfront it is today.

Anthony is a veteran REALTOR® who started in the business in 1991. Following in the footsteps of several family members who became REALTORS®, he left a career in hotel management for a successful career in real estate. For almost 20 years, he has worked in project marketing, selling and marketing buildings in neighborhoods like Coal Harbour, UBC and along Robson Street. He has worked with many different kinds of buyers and in many price ranges.

 More than an expert in Vancouver’s real estate market, Anthony is also the “go-to” guy for Westside Realty’s Asian-speaking clients. Born in Hong Kong, and with family ties to the Philippines, Anthony has lived in Vancouver for more than 40 years now, having attended St George's School and UBC and considers it the best city in the world. “Almost all of my clients are good friends,” he says. “Selling real estate is not a one-time deal. It’s a partnership.”

Shannon started working in real estate in Vancouver in 1992. After receiving an undergraduate degree from Carlton in Ottawa, Shannonn moved back home to Vancouver. An additional diploma in Urban Land Economics at UBC led her into a real estate career that focused on project marketing and development for many of the city's leading developers, including Bosa properties.

Joining Tom's team as a Buyer's Specialist in 2009, Shannon has thorough knowledge of the real estate industry and is very excited about helping buyers find their dream home. Shannon ensures that buyers are comfortable by taking the time to educate them on the buying process, has the ability to understand what they are looking for and puts them together with the right home.

Having been born and raised on Vancouver's West Side, she and her husband are now raising her two young sons here, Shannon is intimately acquainted with the neighbourhoods. In addition to having her pulse on the market and on the neighbourhood, she is tech-savvy and passionate. "I love making people happy," she says. "And helping them find the perfect fit."

Ylva launched her career in real estate after a long career in software sales and project management in the technology sector.  Born and raised in Switzerland, Ylva moved to Canada as a teenager and has lived in Montreal, Toronto, Kingston and Whistler before moving to Vancouver 15 years ago.  After following the market for many years, she decided to launch her own career in real estate, using her varied background to help her clients in their search for the perfect home.

Ylva met Tom when she was looking to buy her own first home in Vancouver.  Tom became her Realtor, and later, Ylva joined his team.  Ylva feels very fortunate to work with such an experienced and professional group of people, where everyone works as a team striving to ensure clients have the best possible experience, whether buying or selling a home.

Susan has enjoyed working exclusively in Vancouver’s fabulous Westside since becoming a licensed realtor in 1990. She is the “go to” person at Westside Realty and keeps the office running like a Swiss watch. Understanding the complexities of our legal contracts, managing the listings, conveyancing and overseeing the daily administrative requirements keep Susan very entertained.  She enjoys helping people in every aspect of real estate and is always available to make sure our clients have a stellar experience. Margo first moved to Vancouver from Montreal in 1977 and fell in love with this beautiful city surrounded by water and mountains. After several detours to various provinces and states since that fateful move, she landed back here with her family for good in 1988. To this day, the beauty that is Vancouver takes her breath away.

Her true passion, for many years, has been Real Estate. She became a licensed agent in 2003 after working for several years in the background as a conveyancer and accountant for a top Vancouver Real Estate company. This experience in both sides of the deal has been invaluable.
